Kinslo Glasswall Systems

It's All in the Design

And it begins here: Kinslo Glasswall Systems are designed from the hardware up for exactly one purpose- as a glasswall. That may seem like a given, but it's one of the primary differences between Kinslo and other systems. We do not use material intended for storefront applications where design criteria are based on anchoring and support at the sides, top, and bottom of the glazing, typical for installations within a building wall. A glass screen wall, of course, is part of a free-standing site wall that functions quite differently than a building structure. So, rather than using components designed for something else, we designed a system specific to the needs and functions of a glass site wall.

The Kinslo system uses unique vertical mullions to support the glasswall. The aluminum post and base are specifically designed to provide secure, stable, and durable glasswall installations. These extrusions have thicker walls than storefront to withstand the windloads expected for site wall exposures. Glasswall Components - Exploded View

The post is a one-piece element placed into an open cell of the concrete masonry wall, and grouted in place. This creates structural integrity superior to other methods of attachment.

Glass panels in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" thicknesses are fully tempered to meet or exceed all safety and code requirements. They are fastened into the post and base with a weathertight and vibration free seal.

CAD drawings are easily available upon request for landscape architects and builders to include in their project documents.
